2. What we collect
Free-trial form
Full name, email, phone number, country, device, IPTV player app and an optional message.
Checkout form
Full name, email, phone number, country, optional notes, and the plan you chose (length, connections and price). The website does not collect card or bank details.
Contact form
Name, email, subject and message.
Technical data
To prevent spam and duplicate submissions, the server processes your IP address and a random submission key. IP addresses and email addresses used for rate limiting are stored only as one-way hashes. Our hosting provider also keeps standard request logs.
3. How we use it
- to review trial requests and send trial access details,
- to record orders, send you the payment step and set up your subscription,
- to answer support and contact messages, and
- to protect the forms against spam, abuse and duplicate orders.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.
4. Services that process your data
- Vercel hosts the website and runs the form handlers.
- Google Sheets (Google Apps Script) stores trial requests and orders for our team. Trial requests and orders are written to separate sheets.
- Brevo sends transactional emails: notifications to our team and the order payment email to you.
- Upstash (Redis), when enabled, holds short-lived rate-limit counters, duplicate-submission keys, delivery status records and retry queues.
- Stripe processes card payments on its own hosted page if you pay through a Stripe link. Stripe's privacy policy applies there.
- WhatsApp and Telegram are used only if you choose to message us there; their own policies apply.

5. Cookies and analytics
The website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not run an analytics service at the time of writing. If analytics are added, this section will be updated first.
6. How long we keep it
Duplicate-protection keys expire after 24 hours; delivery status records after 90 days; retry jobs after 7 days. Rows in Google Sheets and emails are kept for [To be confirmed: retention period for orders and trial requests].
7. Security
Forms are sent over HTTPS. Webhook addresses and API keys stay on the server and are never sent to your browser. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
